Information we collect
When you submit an inquiry, we receive the information you enter, which may include your name, company, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, destination country, product interest, operating conditions and other technical requirements. Basic security and delivery records may also be processed by the website and form-delivery providers.
How we use it
We use inquiry information to respond, select suitable products, prepare quotations, clarify technical requirements, arrange order-related communication and protect the form from misuse. We do not sell inquiry information.
Service providers and international transfers
The RFQ form uses FormSubmit to deliver your message by email. Website hosting, email and Google Analytics may process limited information to operate their services. Because XintaoPump is based in China and serves international buyers, your inquiry may be transferred to and handled in China or other locations used by these providers.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics is loaded only after you choose to allow analytics. It helps us understand visits, useful product pages, WhatsApp clicks and quotation requests. You may choose “Essential only” when the privacy prompt appears.
Retention and security
Inquiry records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for quotation, order, legal and business-record purposes. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or email system can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details or other unnecessary sensitive information through the RFQ form.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct or delete your inquiry information, subject to applicable legal and record-keeping requirements. Contact us using the details below.
